Unit Manager/Center Manager needed for an International Preschool in Hyderabad-500110
Unit Manager / Center Manager (Operations and Sales) (Specifically for Admission part) for an International Preschool
Location : Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 500110
Timings : 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sallary Range : ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
- Recruit, lead, and develop staff.
- Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
- Build strong parent relationships and community trust.
- Drive admissions and meet enrollment targets.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with international colleagues for best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
- 5+ years as a Preschool Center Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Candidates preferred from nearby locations like Banjara Hills, HITEC City, Yousufguda, Srinagar Colony, Ameerpet & Begumpet
