Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager based in Hyderabad. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure target achievement. Key responsibilities include asset acquisition, team management, market development, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role also involves regular performance reviews, strategic planning, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business growth.

- Proficiency in financial sales, market development, and customer relationship management.
- Analytical and strategic planning abilities, along with goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sector is preferred.
