Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Unit Manager based mentioned cities - Indore, Bhopal & Lucknow The Unit Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the delivery of superior guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include staff management, training, and scheduling, monitoring operational efficiency, maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, and optimizing profitability. The role also involves addressing guest concerns, maintaining service quality, and implementing innovative strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and employee training skills
- Excellent customer service abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in hospitality operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Proven ability to implement strategies for operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage challenges in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) and prior experience in hospitality management
