• Proven experience in hotel operations management
• Prior experience in North East hospitality industry is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Local candidates will be preferred
