Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Pendra for a Unit Manager. The Unit Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, and managing a team of financial advisors. Tasks include meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory norms, providing guidance to team members, maintaining excellent client relationships, and analyzing market trends. Leading sales initiatives and providing innovative solutions for business growth will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, recruitment, and mentoring
- Strong sales, business development, and goal-oriented skills
- Knowledge of financial products, insurance, and market trends
- Proficiency in communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to achieve targets under tight deadlines and manage diverse teams
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or the insurance industry is an advantage
