Role Description
The Unit Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction for Niva Bupa Health Insurance. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to improve market share, and overseeing customer relationships. The Unit Manager will also engage in team coaching and training, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring industry trends for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saharanpur.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and professional development
- Strong ability in setting and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and implement growth strategies
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
