Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role located in Howrah. The Unit Manager will oversee end-to-end sales processes, including recruiting, training, and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans to increase sales, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. The Unit Manager will also analyze market trends, deliver presentations, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills such as client relationship building, goal attainment, and lead conversion
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in motivating and training teams
- Knowledge of financial products, insurance services, and market trends
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Analytical capabilities for performance evaluation and strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Howrah, with hands-on team supervision
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a strong advantage
