Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager based in Jaipur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for driving the business by recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of insurance advisors. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives. The individual will also be involved in creating strategies and executing plans to meet organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team leadership, motivation, and performance management
- Strong sales and business development acumen with the ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to devise and implement effective strategies for achieving organizational objectives
- Understanding of life insurance products and their benefits; prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Local market knowledge and willingness to work from the Jaipur location
