Role Description
The Unit Manager will lead and manage a team of advisors to drive business growth in the Greater Jaipur Area. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership, team management, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and relationship building
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage performance, track progress against goals, and provide actionable feedback
- Proven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- Knowledge of the Greater Jaipur market is an advantage
