ABOUT THE ROLE
Berry Alloys Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined MIS Executive to join our Head Office and manufacturing operations.
The role will involve day-to-day data entry, plant-level reporting, stock reconciliation, and coordination with production, stores, and dispatch teams.
- As SAP is being implemented at our manufacturing unit, the selected candidate will receive hands-on SAP training from day one and will gradually take responsibility for SAP-related entries and reporting.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for prior SAP experience. We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data entry, and report formatting.
- Has experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
- Is disciplined, accurate, and comfortable handling repetitive data workflows.
- Can communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Is eager to learn and willing to undergo SAP training provided by our implementation team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Responsibilities
- Plant-level data entry, including GRN, GI, and production outputs.
- Prepare shift-wise and daily MIS reports for Head Office.
- Maintain attendance, production, and dispatch records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of operational data.
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Perform stock reconciliation between Stores and Production.
- Coordinate and consolidate data from different departments.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support SAP entries and reporting after system go-live.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for management reporting.
- Assist in improving MIS processes and reporting formats.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. or equivalent graduate qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in a plant, factory, manufacturing MIS, or back-office role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory and will be tested during the interview.
- Working knowledge of Tally or any ERP system is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
