Job Purpose
The role focuses on leveraging AI tools to generate, extend, and refactor Angular and Node.js code, while ensuring the final output meets enterprise standards for quality, performance, security, and maintainability. The engineer contributes to scalable, configuration driven UIs that enable business users to design, manage, and operate Voice AI agents at scale.
Duties And Responsibilities
- . AI Augmented UI Engineering (Replace Existing Section A)
- Build and evolve AI assisted UIs where:
o Large parts of UI code, components, and workflows are generated or accelerated using AI tools
o Human effort is focused on architecture, integration, and correctness
o Generate Angular components, services, and forms
o Scaffold Node.js / BFF layers
o Refactor, standardize, and optimize UI code
- Ensure AI generated code adheres to:
o Platform standards
o Security guidelines
o Performance and accessibility benchmarks
Expectation: The UI Lead does not manually write repetitive UI code end to end, but orchestrates AI assisted development responsibly.

- Full Stack Platform UI Development (Refined)
- Lead full stack UI development using:
o Angular for enterprise frontend
o Node.js for backend for frontend services
- Define clear boundaries between:
o AI generated code
o Hand crafted architectural or integration code
- Review, harden, and productionize AI generated outputs before release.
- Ensure UIs are:
o Config driven
o Versioned
o Multi tenant safe

- Studio & Configuration First UI (Strengthened)
- Build Studio style UIs that allow users to:
o Configure agents, prompts, flows, and policies
o Preview and simulate conversations
o Auto generate configuration screens
o Suggest prompt improvements
o Validate flows for errors or compliance gaps
- Avoid “screen per use case” UI design; favor metadata driven and AI assisted generation.

o Readability

- Ensure AI usage does not bypass:
o Code reviews

- Define guardrails for where AI is used and where deterministic logic is mandatory.

- AI integration points in UI workflows.
- Performance vs richness trade-offs.
- Tooling, libraries, and UI tech stack evolution.
Major Challenges
- Designing UIs for complex AI systems without overwhelming users.
- Making AI behavior visible, explainable, and controllable via UI.
- Supporting real time voice operations in a browser.
- Balancing flexibility (config-driven) with guardrails (compliance).
- Scaling UI architecture as tenants and features grow.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years in frontend / full stack development.
- 2+ years leading UI or full stack teams.
- Experience with platform or tooling UIs (not just consumer apps).
