Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Unit Manager & Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of agents, driving sales performance, mentoring team members to achieve sales targets, recruiting and developing new agents, and implementing strategies to grow clientele. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service while staying compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and mentoring
- Strong sales experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sector, with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service excellence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement business strategies and training programs
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to succeed in a client-centric role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of insurance industry standards and regulatory compliance is an advantage
