Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Lead/Team Lead - Inside Sales located in Bengaluru South. The Unit Lead/Team Lead will oversee and manage the performance of a sales team, guide them to achieve revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include setting goals, supervising team activities, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to meet objectives. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams will also be critical for success in this role.

- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance data and implement improvements
- Proven experience in team management and ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client interactions
- Proficiency and experience in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and tools is a plus
