Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Unit Lead/Team Lead - Customer Support (Voice) at NoBrokerHood, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Unit Lead will oversee a team of customer support executives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution, monitoring daily operations, and providing valuable insights for process improvements. The role also involves mentoring the team, maintaining quality standards, handling escalations, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve technical issues encountered by customers swiftly. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, planning, and delivering excellent customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and customers
- Experience in Technical Support to resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Prior experience in a customer-centric role in the technology or SaaS sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work in an on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area
