Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital is a rapidly growing oncology-focused hospital working to build high-quality cancer care in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India.
We are looking for a Unit Head – Hospital Operations who can lead day-to-day hospital management and help scale the hospital to the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall hospital operations (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy)
• Drive hospital utilization, revenue growth, and patient experience
• Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, nursing, and administrative staff
• Build strong doctor referral networks and partnerships
• Implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance tracking
Ideal Candidate
• 5–10 years experience in hospital operations / healthcare management
• Strong leadership and execution capability
• Experience handling multi-department hospital operations
• MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Administration preferred
