Position Summary:
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, while monitoring key performance indicators to highlight performance gaps and opportunities. Generate standardized routine and ad hoc reports to support operational, strategic, and regulatory initiatives, ensuring consistency in reporting and analysis of program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights.
- Develop and deliver routine and ad hoc reports supporting operational and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate program outcomes and performance metrics for regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks and performance gaps.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all reporting processes.
- Translate data findings into clear, business-relevant insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience,
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must establish and maintain working relationships.
- Must demonstrate the ability to represent the agency in a positive manner.
- Must be able to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
