About the role

As a Customer Portal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of Unilode's customer-facing portal and related digital solutions. You will work closely with our IT, Business, and Customer teams to ensure the portal delivers an exceptional customer experience and enables efficient customer collaboration and data exchange. Your main responsibilities will include: - Defining the overall product roadmap and vision for the customer portal based on market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements - Driving the development and continuous enhancement of the portal's features and functionalities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure smooth delivery - Monitoring portal usage, performance, and customer satisfaction, and implementing data-driven improvements - Representing the customer perspective within the organization and advocating for customer-centric solutions - Partnering with sales and customer success teams to enable effective customer onboarding and adoption of the portal - Serving as a subject matter expert on the customer portal and related digital capabilities
