Main purpose of the internship:

Our Data & Analytics team ensures that Unilever makes data-driven decisions to optimize product availability, supply chain efficiency, and consumer insights across global markets. During this internship, you will gain a deep understanding of how advanced analytics supports business operations, identify market trends through data, and learn how to transform raw information into actionable strategies that drive product success in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities could be (amongst others):
Market data analysis
Promotional follow-up and analysis
Collecting and cleaning up data to ensure quality is up to standard
Thinking collectively on how to present the analysis best towards our business colleagues and external stakeholders
Update & creation of new reports
What we ask:
You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship. Your studies must have an analytic component. For example: courses on Statistics, Market Assessment, Marketing research or Marketing intelligence.
You are available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months (37 hours a week).
You are fluent in English + Dutch or French.
You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
You are a pro-active and dynamic person, able to anticipate the needs of your team.
You are curious, eager to learn new things and to explore new ideas and approaches to solving challenges.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable with data analysis.
You are able to work with a diversity of people and teams.
You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel.
Experience with Power BI / Tableau is a big plus!
You can successfully identify all Unilever iced tea products while blindfolded in a taste test (we won't actually test this, but impressive if true!)
