About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Unilever's highly competitive and prestigious Graduate Management Trainee programme, within the Commercial Operations function. Unilever is a world leader in fast-moving consumer goods, with over 400 brands sold in more than 190 countries. Its purpose is to make sustainable living commonplace and it has ambitious plans to double the size of the business while reducing its environmental footprint and increasing its positive social impact. As a Commercial Operations Graduate Trainee, you will gain exposure to a range of commercial activities and work in close collaboration with different teams to deliver impactful business solutions. This will involve working on commercial strategies, brand plans, innovation pipelines, customer/shopper insights, revenue growth management, and supply chain optimisation. You will also have the opportunity to drive sustainability and diversity & inclusion initiatives. You will benefit from comprehensive training, mentoring, and development opportunities, including a 12-18 month graduate scheme comprising of rotations across the Commercial Operations function. This role would suit a highly ambitious, commercially-minded, and analytically-strong individual who is passionate about the FMCG industry and committed to Unilever's purpose and sustainability agenda.
