JOB PURPOSE
In this exciting role, you will be leading the Digital marketing plans for Oral & Deos Arabia. Digital and social media play an increasingly pivotal role in our brand strategy, and we are seeking a passionate digital native with a knack for innovative thinking to elevate our Brand digital Engagement plans and content to new heights, with a strong focus on branded content, social media, and influencer marketing.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As Digital Experience lead Deodorants & Oral Care Arabia, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop and Implement comprehensive Digital strategies across various channels to deliver against the brand campaign objectives
Implement Social First thinking and delivery across portfolio of brands
Convert Communication JTBD into digital JTBD and work with Media team to unify digital strategy for the brands.
Work with media team and media agency to land activities on digital platforms planned:
Understand digital Priorities set and ensure they are met in the plan set for the brands.
Lead and land key digital activities in each category end to end.
Work with the Brand team to create or align content created for each platform.
Work and ensure content designed across funnel meets the new global standards and brand pre-requisites.
Work with CMI to ensure 50% of our digital assets are tested and green.
Plan and manage social media campaigns with Media Team and Agency
Plan and manage all community management activities from team to content management.
Lead Influencer campaigns with marketing team manage calendar and content and output KPIs through Tracker
Plan and land all data driven marketing campaigns from DID collection and reuse to DAD collection activities to reuse and valuation.
Own and deliver all digital marketing KPI set and aligned by business.
Demonstrate digital thought leadership and awareness of evolving trends, ensuring creativity across channels, finding and executing opportunities while creating efficiencies and driving creative excellence
