It helps them implement business processes in the way that suits them. However, their workflows often require custom automations. These automations are created using a proprietary language. You will work with our customer facing team to write automation code for various use-cases. Some of these automations will be deployed across multiple customers. You will also help create, document and maintain these "standardized" automations. In addition, you will help customers integrate to their existing platforms by creating custom integrations between Unifize and their other systems (like SAP). You will also help develop standard connectors between frequently used applications. You will start by understanding the current end-to-end process and learning about our existing customers. You are expected to learn how Unifize works for various use-cases so that you can develop automations for them. This position will be in-office for at least 3 days a week. You will have regular zoom calls with a Customer Success Manager/s or one of the Co-Founders to go through your scheduled or planned activities and help you through any problems.
