Hands-on experience in patching, migrating, and validating complex "Unified Communications" and "Contact Center" environments

Understanding of networking (IP, DNS, Firewalls) and Voice/UC concepts (SIP, VoIP, RTP).

Proficiency in Linux and Windows basic administration and log retrieval.
