About the role

The Financial Analyst is a key role in the finance organization responsible for leading the corporate finance division for Unifi. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate to both finance employees and business leaders, and the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS Will lead the corporate finance division at Unifi Oversees and creates all corporate reporting for internal management Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the long-range financial model as well as other corporate models Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities including functional spend and impact of initiatives Support the strategic planning process, annual planning process, and forecast Maintain consistency and quality of support over to the corporate functions Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any ununiformed data Cash flow management and forecasting QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 5+ years of financial management/accounting experience BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus) Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPoint Strong communicator Proven work experience as a Senior Finance Mgr, Finance Mgr or similar role Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas) Familiarity with databases, SQL, and advanced modeling Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts Familiarity with PowerBi is a plus Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
