UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years' professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in both user interface and user experience design across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate business requirements into engaging and visually appealing digital solutions. Responsibilities -Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements. -Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, user feedback, and usability findings. -Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions. -Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications while maintaining brand consistency. -Conduct thorough user research to identify pain points and iterate on designs based on user feedback. -Translate complex ideas into elegant, easy-to-use interfaces that enhance user experiences and drive engagement. -Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance. -Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their integration into the design process. -Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and contribute to design guidelines and pattern libraries. -Participate in design critiques, sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback to improve the team's work. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). -Minimum of 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in IT Software -A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user interface and user experience design. -Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. -Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and personal development. -Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. -Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams. -Familiarity with front-end development principles and capabilities to collaborate effectively with developers. -Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and project requirements.
