It's a revolution in credit card rewards - far simpler, richer, and built around real value. We are looking for a high-ownership marketeer who connects brand, product, performance and social into one tight growth machine. If you think in narratives and love turning ideas into shipped campaigns, this is for you. Brand Strategy & Positioning Conduct consumer research to understand user behavior Shape brand narratives, discover value props, and ensure messaging hierarchy across touchpoints. Build playbooks and improve them: tone, visual systems, storytelling angles, and campaign frameworks as needed. Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead GTMs for new features/benefits with clear ICPs, hooks, and channel mixes. Write briefs; align creative, product, performance to one plane. Support in strategising and executing campaigns. Performance x Brand Partner with our marketing team to translate brand ideas into cost-efficient performance creatives. Build and iterate winning ad systems (thumb-stoppers, hooks, landing pages, offer ladders). Content & Social Build & drive the social calendar (IG/YouTube/LinkedIn/Twitter), creator collabs, and UGC loops. Maintain a sharp POV; turn features into stories people share. Work with external agencies & bring sustained customer engagement. Partnerships & Integrations Identify and negotiate high-ROI brand/merchant/creator partnerships. Build co-marketing packs and measure lift (awareness, leads, activation). Manage agencies/freelancers, budgets, timelines, and creative QA.
