Purpose of the Position

EOL Testing, Automotive Cybersecurity,Car Commissioning, ECU Flashing, UNECE, UDS, Programming and Diagnostics, R156, Encryption, SIDIS, Automotive Ethernet, Canfd, Assembly Shop Planning, R155, Vector Canoe, ODIS, PCP, OTA
This position is responsible for implementation of UNECE (ACSMS+SUMS) in Plant Pune
for all upcoming car model and ensuring readiness on Planning side for Govt. certification
AIS 189 and AIS 190 for car commissioning processes, thereof .
- Technical Documentation (Planning Phase)
Build Plans: Create IB -3P and IB -4P plans within the IPPP system.Map Stations: Assign electronic tests to specific assembly line stations (tacts).Draft PCPs: Write initial Production Control Plans including SFD and RxSWIN steps.Data Integration: Merge requirements from all ECU domains into one vehicle plan.
- Compliance & Evidence ( ACSMS/SUMS)
Collect Logs: Gather diagnostic reports to prove ACSMS and SUMS success.Prepare Protocols: Draft the "Complete Release" documents for finalsignatures.Monitor Filters: Track temporary software filters (Type S/I/U) and update their status .Audit Support: Organize technical evidence for internal and external legal audits.
Liaison with PFS -E: A lign UPS programming with the planned process (IB - 4P).Pilot Hall Support: S upport trials to find errors before series production starts.Process Changes: Prepare technical data for change requests to assist the Senior Lead First Contact: Act as the operational touchpoint for Tech Dev and Testing teams.
- System & Workflow Management
Manage JIRA: Track daily tickets and archive all department communications .Create Test Sheets : Enter technical data into the SPL application for software releases .Version Control: Ensure the Planet database uses only the latest, verified documents.Data Accuracy: Double -check PR numbers and hardware/software versionsin all tools.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Technical Documentation (Plannin g Phase ) CSN :
IB-3P Assembly: Aggregate all valid IB -2P documents for a specific car model into a comprehensive vehicle commissioning plan within the IPPP system. (SK/VW)IB-4P Creation: Develop the detailed process plan for the assembly line, assigning specific commissioning operations to designated stations (tacts) in cooperation with PFS -E. (SK/VW)PCP Ownership: Create and maintain the Production Control Plan (PCP) for every car project and assembly line pair to ensure no product vulnerabilities are introduced during production. (SK/VW)
- Cyber security & Compliance (AC SMS /SU MS) :
Security Activation: Ensure the IB -4P includes mandatory steps to activate critical functions such as SFD (Vehicle Diagnostic Protection), ( SK/VW)Risk Mitigation: Describe commissioning processes in the PCP that prevent unauthorized software changes and ensure cybersecurity requirements are applied to every component. (SK/VW)Audit Readiness: Maintain version -controlled documentation in the IPPP system to provide a transparent audit trail for internal and external legal checks. RxSWIN (Software ID), and IVD (Integrity Validation Data).
- Project Governance & Communication:
JIRA Management: Act as the Lead for managing the IBN project within the JIRA software, using it to track processes, archive communication, and provide status notifications to all stakeholders.(Pune)Stake Holder Lia is on : Serve as the central contact partner for domainplanners and Technical Development (EE, EP, EK) to ensure diagnostic data and requirements are correctly integrated into the production plan Escalation & Reporting : Report relevant IBN process information andmanage escalations through working -level and Pilot Hall meetings.
- Series, Maintenance & Change Management:
Change Evaluation: Review all incoming requests for testing programadjustments in JIRA, deciding on their feasibility for series production.Operational Release : Issue and manage Test sheets in the SPL application when series processes change, serving as the basis for deploying updated software to the line.Protocol Archiving: Issue and archive the final "Complete release of UPS programming" protocol, ensuring it is signed by the heads of Planning, Testing, and Quality.
