Team Lead – UW Remote Job Roles and
Responsibilities:
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Qualification & Experience
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role: • Should have completed minimum 2 years in TL role in papers
• Should have UW experience of minimum 4-5 years
• Should have excellent Interpersonal, Written and verbal communication Skills
• Should have good leadership, Decision-making, Organizational and time-management skills
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
