WE'RE HIRING | ASSOCIATE PRODUCERS (Talent Hunt & Casting)
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Do you love meeting people, discovering unique personalities, and working behind the scenes on television shows?
We're looking for energetic, hardworking, and ambitious Associate Producers to join our Talent & Casting team for an exciting national television game show.
What You'll Do
- Source interesting contestants from across India.
- Conduct screening and casting calls.
- Coordinate auditions and contestant communication.
- Build and maintain contestant databases.
- Work with colleges, communities, corporates, and online platforms to identify participants.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
- Travel for auditions and casting drives when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Excellent at communication (English & Hindi).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking to new people every day.
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about television, casting, and content.
Preferred
- Graduate (Mass Media, Journalism, Event Management, Marketing or related fields).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Internship or experience in production, events, casting, or media is a plus.
