Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Undergraduate Architectural Designer. The role involves supporting event concept development through spatial planning, basic architectural design, and layout drawings for stages, seating, installations, and experiential zones. The designer will prepare construction drawings and 2D/3D visualizations for event spaces, ensuring that designs are practical, safe, and align with brand and aesthetic requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with event planners, vendors, and production teams, refining design concepts based on feedback, and assisting in site measurements, material selection, and on-site supervision during setup. The role also includes maintaining organized design documentation and staying informed about trends in architecture, event design, and temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate event concepts into functional spatial layouts.
- Ability to produce clear Construction Drawings and technical details suitable for fabrication and on-site execution.
- Proficiency in Drawing and visual representation, including hand sketches and digital renderings for presentations.
- Awareness of Urban Planning principles and their application to crowd flow, access, and safety in event environments.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and on-site coordination work, including occasional extended hours around major events.
