Unit7 Creations is a growing e-commerce and fashion company focused on delivering high-quality products across major online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Undergarments Procurement Expert to strengthen our sourcing and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure high-quality men’s, women’s, and kids’ undergarments from reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships across the garment and innerwear industry.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor market trends, product demand, and competitor pricing in the e-commerce sector.
Ensure product quality, fabric standards, fitting, packaging, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, cataloging, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and trending products for online marketplaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in undergarments or apparel procurement.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, sizing, fitting, trims, and quality standards.
Experience working with manufacturers, wholesalers, and garment vendors.
Good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
