About the role

Pre-Sales Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and present Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for clients. Assist in preparing demos and presentations to showcase product capabilities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance solution offerings. Work closely with technical teams to define project scope and feasibility. Act as a consultant to provide insights into the best solutions for client needs. Post-Sales Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee project implementation, ensuring all requirements are met within agreed timelines. Conduct user training and prepare user manuals to facilitate product adoption. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues post-implementation. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
