Software Engineer (AI)

As we grow, we're looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI to help businesses, especially those in the Government Contracting (GovCon) space, move faster and win more projects. We're looking for engineers that share our passion for building and scaling with leading-edge technology in a fast-paced, startup environment - one which already has the benefit of thousands of customers and millions of dollars of revenue. You will work alongside experienced engineers and researchers to build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in AI development with hands-on experience in real-world applications. What You Will Do You'll spend most of your time building out our core offering by working closely with our Architects and Senior Engineers on our team, integrating the latest and greatest advances in artificial intelligence. Understand the core features that need to be built by working with your lead Work with your lead to review the tech design of the features assigned Plan, implement, and unit-test product features assigned Write clean, scalable and well-documented code following best practices Advocate for new lines of effort and bring ideas to the table Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and continuous learning initiatives Create documentation, demos, diagrams, etc. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML and software engineering trends
