***Undergraduate Job Position Only *** The Bursar's Office is currently offering multiple work-study positions for Student Customer Service/Financial Peer Advisors for Summer 2025. In this role, you will assist both incoming and current students, as well as their families, with inquiries related to billing, financial aid, and tuition processing. Communication will occur via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Additionally, you will support UCard processing, which includes approving photo submissions, printing UCards, and distributing them. All student staff members will receive comprehensive training in billing, financial aid, UCard processes, and customer service. Applicants should be comfortable working in a professional business environment and must demonstrate strong customer service skills and numerical proficiency.
