About the role

At Ultrahuman, we're not just building products—we're shaping a category. And behind every best-selling product is a listing that converts, a catalog that's clean, and content that speaks to the customer. As a Catalog Specialist – Marketplaces, you'll sit at the intersection of content, commerce, and conversion—owning the presentation layer of our products across Amazon and other global marketplaces. We've consistently broken into top category rankings by obsessing over how our products are discovered, understood, and experienced digitally. From smart structuring to persuasive content and tactical SEO, our catalog has been a core driver of growth—and we're ready to take it to the next level. This role is your opportunity to transform content into a competitive edge and play a direct role in shaping how the world engages with our products. Responsibilities • Catalog Management • Maintain and optimize product catalogs across Amazon Seller Central for multiple global marketplaces, including the US, UK, Canada, and Germany. • Proactively identify and troubleshoot listing errors, such as suppressed ASINs and incorrect product data. • Work closely with Seller Support and Amazon AVS teams to resolve catalog issues efficiently. • Partner with internal Amazon teams, external agencies, and Amazon representatives to ensure best-in-class product catalog management. • New Item Setup & Product Launches • Populate and submit New Item Setup (NIS) templates for new product launches across multiple marketplaces. • Maintain comprehensive NIS trackers in Excel to monitor launch progress and ensure timely go-live dates. • QA and troubleshoot new listings to ensure PDP accuracy, optimized content, and correct categorization before launch. • Content Optimization & Conversion Funnel Management • Optimize product listings by uploading enhanced content via flat files and bulk uploads, ensuring alignment with best practices. • Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure high-quality product images, accurate product descriptions, and correct metadata are reflected on Amazon PDPs. • Maintain real-time content trackers to monitor content accuracy, update descriptions, and track ongoing optimizations. • Analyze product views, conversion rates, and add-to-cart performance, implementing data-driven improvements to boost engagement and sales. • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement • Monitor catalog health and optimize conversion funnels, ensuring high discoverability, strong SEO rankings, and reduced drop-off rates. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, CTR, and conversion rates, identifying optimization opportunities, including reviews and ratings. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations teams to enhance creatives and improve product listing performance.
