Telle Caller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tamil, English, and Malayalam, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism.
• Clearly communicate the product/service offerings.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome).
• Languages Known: Tamil, English, and Malayalam (Mandatory).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
