Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Lead with a strong background in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and B2B lead generation. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital campaigns across various channels to generate qualified leads and build a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic reach and keyword rankings.
- Drive B2B lead generation campaigns targeting global clients for staff augmentation services.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Create performance reports and present results to leadership monthly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B/IT service company.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Experience with marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
