About the role

Draw from both sides of your brain to merge creative UX/UI-driven visual design with technical execution We are hiring for immediate placement on a remote part-time freelance/contractor/work from home (WFH) basis. Although this role will not lead to a permanent full-time employee position, it can establish a long-term relationship, as we have done with freelancers from around the world, some of whom have been with us since our business was set up 10 years ago. -------------------- IF YOU SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK AND SPAM FOLDERS FOR A RESPONSE FROM US. -------------------- We're looking for driven, artistic, and friendly Senior Designers with an intimate understanding of the psychology of visual communication. We need someone who can merge their creative right-brain skills with their technical left-brain skills to create stunning designs that generate sales and new leads for our clients. As our client base grows globally, we require an expanded team of freelancers and contractors to ensure 24/7/365 operations and media campaign optimisation. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills across traditional and digital media, with a focus of 80% on UX/UI and Landing Page Optimisation (LPO). Please note that we are looking to fill multiple freelance roles. Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD. Advanced UX/UI skills, including wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and conducting UX/UI audits to optimise user flows and enhance conversion-driven design across marketing funnels. Expertise in creating digital media assets (animated and static) for various channels (e.g., Meta, Google, Yahoo) and ad formats (e.g., carousels, image ads, animated ads, HTML5, programmatic ads, and Google Performance Max ads). Website and landing page design expertise within CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix), ensuring responsiveness across multiple breakpoints and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). In-depth knowledge of Landing Page Optimisation (LPO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to create high-performing, conversion-focused pages and websites. High proficiency in HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus) for landing pages and digital assets. Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams, ensuring precise design documentation, detailed annotations, and seamless developer handovers. Advanced print design skills in InDesign, including master pages, typesetting, and final art setup for production. Email design and automation skills, including setting up and optimising email templates and assets for platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and other CRM/email marketing tools. Deep understanding of sales funnels and technology, including mainstream CRMs, CMS systems, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, and Social Media Platforms. Other Required Skills Strong attention to detail, with the ability to QA designs and execute pixel-perfect assets. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to fill gaps in briefs without micromanagement. Art direction and creative feedback skills, ensuring high creative standards and overseeing the visual execution of campaigns. Extraordinary conceptual skills, with the ability to flawlessly execute ideas, paying attention to layout, design, and typography. Proven ability to solve problems visually in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, effectively articulating design, UX/UI, and development strategies, and liaising with technical resources and client stakeholders. Presentation skills, with confidence to engage with C-level executives and directors in meetings. Project management experience within a creative environment, including managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering projects on time and within budgetary constraints. Energetic, optimistic, and positive attitude, with a proactive approach to challenges.
