- 5+ years’ experience as UKG WFC/WFD/Pro WFM Consultant with atleast 3+ years of UKG Boomi Integration Experience (with UKG Boomi enablement training (or) UKG Boomi Lab Certification from UKG as this is a requirement from UKG to develop any integrations).
- Designing, developing, and managing data pipelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise on UKG functional modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Absence Management, Integrations, Reports, Dataviews etc.
- Should have the ability to understand and handle UKG WFM functional requirements and configurations.
- Collaborating closely with development teams.
- Build the actual Integration pipelines between UKG Pro/Central, Logile and Other
- Designing and implementing functional and technical solutions.
- Optimization and tuning.
- Design and execute full software development life cycle
- Write well-designed and testable code
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality
- Work with a third-party team of developers
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features
- Other ad-hoc software duties as required by the business.
