Key Responsibilities - Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various platforms and projects - Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to develop and refine high-quality software solutions - Testing & Debugging: Participate in software debugging, testing, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability - Continuous Learning: Take part in code reviews, workshops, and training to stay current with industry trends and technologies - Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation for codebases and systems Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline - Strong foundation in computer science principles including data structures, algorithms, and software design - Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript - Ability to understand software architecture including front-end, back-end, and microservices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Internship or project experience in software development - Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, IDEs, and agile methodologies - Basic understanding of databases, web technologies, and cloud services - Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles or projects
