Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a UKG Boomi Consultant based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work. As a UKG Boomi Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the implementation and configuration of UKG applications, including integrations with other systems. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design data models, develop workflows, and provide technical expertise throughout the implementation process.
Job Responsibilities
- Works with client leadership and Celestia crew project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
- Able to lead all phases of a UKG Dimensions Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
- Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions
- Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Dimensions integration platform and technologies
- Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with UKG Dimensions and Boomi Software Suite
- Minimum of 4 years of experience integrating with API’s
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)
- Boomi Professional Certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with UKG Integration (including WIM and Boomi)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with a combination of UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions suites
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop internal resources.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
