Associate Product Manager

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a fast-paced team, contributing to the development and improvement of HR software solutions. What you will do: You'll assist with market research, user story creation, and product documentation. Key responsibility: Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming. Collaborate with engineers and designers. Create user stories and acceptance criteria. Maintain product documentation. Track product performance metrics. Required Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 0-1 year experience in product management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with HR software a plus.
