Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive with experience in UK and/or US accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality financial reporting for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for UK/US clients
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Work on VAT returns (UK)
• Support payroll processing and related compliance
• Coordinate with clients for data, queries, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP / US GAAP standards
• Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in UK/US accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work in UK/US shift
