UK Technical Recruiter – Engineering, Construction & Defence | Onsite Ahmedabad

We’re looking for a driven UK Technical Recruiter who can deliver high-quality talent across complex and critical roles.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across the UK—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Work on roles across Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, and Defence sectors
Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs
Build strong pipelines of passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and market mapping
Ensure compliance with UK employment regulations, IR35, and right-to-work requirements
Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an excellent hiring experience
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in UK recruitment within Engineering, Construction, Defence, or similar technical sectors
Strong understanding of UK hiring practices, compliance, and contract hiring models
Experience sourcing niche and hard-to-fill roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
