Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site UK Sales (Business Development Executive) role located in Gurugram. The candidate will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, and following up on leads. The role may also involve training team members and contributing to sales strategy development.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Training team members and promoting best practices
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the Tour & Travels industry or working with the UK market will be a strong advantage
