We are looking for a UK Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for clients across the United Kingdom. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various UK-based roles.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK clients.
- Source candidates through Job portals, etc.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage salary negotiation, and coordinate offer processes. client discussions, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.
🔹 Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of UK recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of UK job portals and sourcing methods.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good understanding of UK job roles, pay structures, compliance, and culture.
- Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.
🔹 Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Admin, or Sales.
- Prior experience working with UK-based agencies or clients.
