About the job
✅ Apply only if ALL of these are true:
- Your experience is UK payroll specifically of minimum 3 years
- You have worked in a UK accountancy practice or UK-focused payroll environment
- You have personally handled RTI, HMRC, auto-enrolment, and client queries
- You are confident communicating directly with UK clients
- You have 3 years minimum hands-on UK payroll experience
- You are seeking a long-term, permanent role

- You are a fresher or junior administrator
- You come from a large outsourcing or KPO environment
- You are freelancing or managing multiple jobs simultaneously
Salary range 40k INR to 70kINR depending on experience & skills and work ethics.

You won't be a background processor here. You'll own your portfolio, speak directly with clients, and be trusted to handle complex matters independently.
What You'll Need
- 2–3 years genuine UK payroll experience (accountancy practice preferred)
- Solid knowledge of RTI, FPS/EPS, auto-enrolment, SSP/SMP/SPP, CIS, director payroll, and year-end
- Confidence with HMRC notices, tax coding, and starters/leavers
- BrightPay experience (preferred, not essential)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Independent, ownership-driven work ethic
