• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll professional to support payroll operations for UK, Netherlands, or Germany. The role requires strong payroll processing expertise, variance analysis skills, and advanced MS Excel proficiency. Knowledge of regional statutory requirements and experience in creating job aids from SOPs will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for UK/Netherlands/Germany.
- Perform detailed payroll variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll closure in compliance with internal controls.
- Interpret and apply country-specific statutory norms, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for payroll inputs and validations.
- Create and update job aids and process documentation from SOPs.
- Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance-related queries.
- Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing for UK/Netherlands/Germany
- Strong knowledge of payroll concepts and controls.
- Hands-on experience with variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulae).
- Ability to document processes accurately.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of statutory regulations for UK/Netherlands/Germany.
- Experience with payroll systems or HRMS tools.
- Experience in transition or documentation projects.
Education
Bachelor / Master’s degree in any discipline
