As a Merger & Acquisition Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Tax practice, focusing on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analyzing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimize tax outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions to optimize tax outcomes

- Collaborating with clients to provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance advice
- Utilizing tax modeling and restructuring skills to enhance client service delivery

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Master's in Commerce
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
