The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Mergers and Acquisition Tax team you will review and enhance client documents to secure clarity and compliance. As an Associate you will focus on learning and applying editing conventions while contributing to the overall quality of our deliverables. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with engagement teams, develop your content editing skills, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Activities to be performed could include:
- Design visually engaging presentations and documents using tools such as MS PowerPoints, MS Word, Google Slides and Google docs
- Understanding instructions and developing compelling graphics and illustrations utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Proficient / Working knowledge in Motion Graphics
- Collaborate with Engagement Teams and understand their needs for bettering the document in terms of look and feel.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design ideas and perspectives, contributing to the team's creative process.
- Reviewing the basic errors language of M&A reports, Client presentations, training documents, etc.
- Customize client requirements and effectively align it to brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion, understand how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool, understand optimal and required ways to document results of work performed.
- Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.

- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Experience as an designer / graphic designer / Video Editor in a newspaper/ magazine/ publishing house/ online platform/ companies / production house
- Sound designing knowledge is essential.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Having in-depth knowledge of graphic designing
- Basic content editing skills of reports and collateral with respect to correctness of grammar, spelling and punctuation to improve the content of the deliverable.
- Experience in creating short videos, gifs, interactive PDFs.
- Out of the box thinking and adaptability to new design and editorial technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Has creative flair, eye for detail, adaptable and versatile.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Manages several responsibilities in the face of competing priorities. Sets priorities for tasks based on relative importance and urgency.
