Position Overview
The Head - Business & Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's retail growth strategy, ensuring strong revenue performance, and leading cross-functional teams. This individual will be responsible for sales leadership, business expansion, and operational excellence across multiple brands within the UK Lifestyle portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-brand retail management, sales leadership, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and profitability across MINISO, PUMA, and Skechers stores.
- Identify new market opportunities, assess consumer trends, and enhance brand positioning.
- Lead expansion initiatives, including new store openings and franchise development.
- Retail Operations & Performance Management
- Work closely with store managers to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation, customer experience, and merchandising standards.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives to boost in-store conversions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Leadership & Team Development

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in retail sales and business management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding retail footprints, and managing multi-brand operations.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
